Customers must inspect the product carefully while the delivery staff is still present. Please check that the item matches your order and that it has not been damaged during delivery. If the product is damaged or doesn’t match your order, please take clear photos or a short video as evidence and contact Cherchi immediately through our page or WhatsApp. The item should then be handed back to the delivery staff. In this case, the customer will not be charged any return delivery fee.
No Returns for Correct and Undamaged Products
Because our products are presented with clear photos, descriptions, and size information, returns or refunds are not accepted when the product received is correct, undamaged, and matches the customer’s order. Please review all product photos, details, and dimensions carefully before placing your order.
Returns After Accepting Delivery
Once a customer has inspected and accepted the product from the delivery staff, the order is considered received and accepted. Returns are generally not accepted for products that are correct, undamaged, and match the order. If Cherchi agrees to accept a return as an exception, the customer will be responsible for all return delivery costs.
Handmade Product Variations
Many Cherchi products are handmade and unique. Small variations in color, texture, pattern, shape, or finish may naturally occur and are part of the handmade character of the product. These minor variations are not considered defects or damage and are not grounds for a return or refund.
